Influencer Relations Manager (Full Time, Remote)

The ideal candidate is a gamer with a deep knowledge of social media and with experience in influencer relations or agency/talent management.

This position will require creating meaningful relationships with brands and agencies on behalf of our talent and executing influencer deals from pitching our top talent to execution of the deal. This position is a full time salaried position with benefits working in a core area of business for Screenwave Media. This is a permanently remote position, with the option of coming into the office if preferred.

Responsibilities

-Establish new and maintain current brand and agency client relationships

-Negotiate sales and delivery of influencer campaigns via correspondence with the brand and our channel management team

-Maintain current knowledge of our influencer client base and overall industry trends, especially in gaming and pop culture content

-Create and edit existing sales decks with up to date metrics

-Must have the ability to be flexible and work a varied schedule that may include evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

-Travel opportunities are available to industry conventions, but it’s optional

Qualifications

-3-5 years of experience in influencer relations or talent management

-Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and identify new areas of growth

-Strong communication skills with a diverse group of individuals from different cultures, industries, and communication styles

-Experience with the contract negotiation process

-Extensive knowledge and of the gaming and online media industry

-Existing engagement in gaming communities and contacts within the industry are strongly preferred

Channel Manager (Full Time)

We are looking for partner managers with demonstrated experience in talent/influencer management with a strong track record. This position requires building and maintaining close relationships with creators. Screenwave Media channel managers are experts in talent management, brand strategy, and client acquisition.

Our approach to management is to assess the needs of the individual creator and to pair them with our wide range of services. We primarily work with midsize to large personality driven creators with a heavy YouTube presence in gaming, anime, music, and pop culture and a predominant US audience. Our channel managers are experts in YouTube trends, features, and practices through internal training, YouTube certification programs, and continual analysis of our existing brands. Most communication with channels is online, but there are generally domestic travel opportunities to industry events to provide service to clients.

The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of experience in talent management in the gaming industry and a deep understanding of YouTube. This position requires a person who is equally sales oriented and customer service driven. We are open to remote work for this position, determined by the level of experience of the candidate.

Part-Time Social Media/Digital Communications Intern (Hourly)

We are looking to add a Social Media/Digital Communications Specialist to our video games team. Are you an organized and outgoing lifelong gamer with a passion for entertaining/informing people, both in-person and online? Do you consider yourself a meme creator or a meme dealer?  How about sharing some pretty rad and independently developed video games with the world?

This is essentially an internship or possible entry-level position for those currently pursuing a 2-4 year degree, or are recently graduated/looking for experience in the field of Video Game Development, Social Media/Digital Media Marketing, or Event Management. In lieu of education, we are always eager to work with individuals with enough passion and personal experience to suffice!

Qualifications:

-Willing to commute and work in our Bucks County studio in Chalfont, PA.

-Ability to thrive in a small team environment bursting with creatives, creators, and thinkers.

-0-1 year(s) experience in Marketing, English/Journalism/Communications, Game Development/Game Programming/Design, Sales/Retail fields.

-Available to work no more than 30 hours per week during a four-day span between M-F.

-A lifelong gamer! A bonus if you have a particular taste for retro and retro-inspired titles or have experience as a QA.

-Understanding of social media trends and operation. Must know how to operate Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Imgur, Reddit, Youtube, and Discord. Preference is given to those who are familiar with Steam and other gaming platforms/retailers both physically and online. Experience with Twitch or other streaming platforms would be cool too but isn’t necessary.

This is essentially an internship or possible entry-level position for those currently pursuing a 2-4 year degree, or are recently graduated/looking for experience in the field of Video Game Development, Video Editing/Production, or Graphic Design. In lieu of education, we are always eager to work with individuals with enough passion and personal experience to suffice!

Qualifications:

-Willing to commute and work in our Bucks County studio in Chalfont, PA.

-Ability to thrive in a small team environment bursting with creatives, creators, and thinkers.

-6 months to 1 year(s) experience in video editing is necessary. Must have a working knowledge of nonlinear video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and an understanding of sound mixing/leveling in Audition. 

-Available to work no more than 30 hours per week during a four-day span between M-F.

-A lifelong gamer! A bonus if you have a particular taste for retro and retro-inspired titles or have experience as a QA.

-Be a keeper of fact for all titles and releases.

-Editing of video and graphics for our games’ team, which includes clips from our titles, developer conversations, and other news/features for our social media, specifically Youtube channel as well as podcast conversations.

-Manipulation of assets and photos for both site content and videos using a familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.

-Game QA and Testing/Troubleshooting with both Games PR Coordinator and Producer(s)
